Keep Gaining More Weight in Candidiasis - Balancing Diet and Exercise

By Angie Lindsey
Someone I know with candidiasis gained weight from 40 to 50 pounds, 1 inch on her arms, 2 inches on her legs, and 10 to 12 inches on her stomach. The thing is her waist was always the last place her weight went on. She has been quite depressed for the last year. She was an avid exerciser, and let it all go. She is trying to get back into it, but she finds herself so discouraged with the progress. She is not really following the diet, but she is working out daily and got no change at all. Now, I guess she knows she needs to follow that diet faithfully and just have to do it!

My waist was always small, too, until a year ago, when it just ballooned, along with my lower abs. That is why I was trying to continue adding Dr. Schulz intestinal cleanses or the bentonite/psyllium mixture to my program everyday, to try to get crud out and moving.

Still, the addiction and craving is really hard. I find the first three days are the toughest, and after that, a weekend with friends is even tougher. You can go to have to be a complete hermit for 3 weeks to get really serious about the results, or maybe try hypnosis and then see if that will help with cravings.

Who knows? Stick with the work out and starting the diet. I am trying to add the exercise again, but I just feel so lazy a lot of the time. You are lucky if you can do it regularly.
